FFCRA_Poster_WH1422_Non-Federal
UPDATE 4/2/20:
Wedge is an essential medical service, and as such, all employees are deemed essential healthcare providers per a recent clarification by the Department of Labor. We therefore are excluding our employees from FFCRA. If you cannot work your assigned job/duties for any reason, can’t come into work, had to leave early or had to be out due to being ill, you may use your PTO or be unpaid. Please utilize the call out policy if you cannot work your assigned job/duties and can’t come into work. The current FMLA rules still apply as well, when there is a certified illness, etc. If you can’t work because of COVID-19 related issues, you may be eligible for unemployment compensation.
