As you probably now know, last week the Governor announced that Philadelphia/surrounding counties are expected to transition from “red” to “yellow” on June 5th. Since that time, we have received guidance from the state regarding what operations in “yellow” can look like. Over the last weeks we have observed other counties and states as they transition to less restrictive measures.
Given this information, Wedge is exploring the possibility of offering services on-site. We expect that the process will involve a slow and careful transition back to on-site operations in a limited capacity. We will prioritize those members and services with the highest need for physical presence.
In this transition we will be exercising great caution, as the virus is still prevalent in our communities, and because we value the health and safety of our staff and members above all else.
We are currently in the process of developing our transition plan. Feedback from our staff and members will be critical to a successful planning.
By 5pm Thursday 6/4/20, please take a few moments to respond to our staff survey. The survey is open to all staff. It is anonymous and responses will be kept confidential.

We are also reaching out to our members with questions similar to those in the staff poll, and are conducting outreach to a random selection of people. If you have a member that would like to participate in our member survey, please call Jessica Griffith (x6003) and leave a message with their name and preferred contact method.
Thank you all for your patience and cooperation as we plan our strategy. Our goal is to do this the right way, with the best interest of everyone in mind.
Take care & be well,
Jessica Griffith, MSS, LCSW, CPRP
